1. Who we are

2. What we collect

• your email address;
• name, country, WhatsApp or Telegram contact and order comment — only if you provide them;
• date of birth — only if you choose the “From birth until now” mode;
• technical data: IP address, browser type, time the form was sent.

3. Why

• to reserve your moment and your Time Keeper, and to process your request or pre-order;
• to contact you about price, payment and delivery;
• to send you your reservation email and reminders about it.

4. Legal basis

Your consent, given when you submit a form, and taking steps to fulfil your request.

5. Storage and retention

Data is stored on secure cloud servers. We keep it until the purpose is fulfilled or you withdraw consent, and no longer than 3 years after your last contact with us.

6. Sharing

We never sell your data. We share it only when needed to fulfil your order (delivery, payment) or when required by law.

7. Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it or withdraw consent at any time — write to whynotinc69@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days.
